ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
PURPOSE
This Acceptable Use Policy establishes the rules governing the permitted and prohibited use of the software-as-a-service platform provided by Disruptive Studio, Inc. The purpose of this Policy is to protect the integrity, security, reliability, and lawful use of the Software.
By accessing or using the Software, Client agrees to comply with this Policy at all times.
PERMITTED USE
Client may use the Software solely for lawful business purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
Client is responsible for ensuring that all users, affiliates, employees, contractors, and any other persons accessing the Software through its account comply with this Policy.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Client shall not use the Software to engage in, facilitate, or support any activity that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or harmful.
Prohibited activities include, without limitation:
- Operating illegal pyramid schemes or compensation structures that primarily reward recruitment rather than the sale of legitimate products or services.
- Engaging in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation, including false income claims, misleading marketing, or manipulation of system data.
- Facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity involving unlawful financial transactions.
- Offering or promoting unregistered securities, investment opportunities, or financial instruments in violation of applicable laws.
- Generating artificial activity, including fake users, simulated transactions, or manipulation of compensation systems.

- Circumventing system controls, payment restrictions, or technical limitations of the platform.

- Any activity that may harm the reputation, operations, or legal standing of Disruptive Studio.
SYSTEM ABUSE
Client shall not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Software.
Client shall not:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of the Software.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or bulk processes that overload or disrupt the platform.
- Access or attempt to access systems or data without authorization.
- Disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of the platform or other users.
HIGH-RISK USE
Certain uses of the Software may involve elevated risk, including but not limited to the use of cryptocurrencies, blockchain elements, complex compensation structures, or cross-border operations.
Client is solely responsible for ensuring that such activities comply with all applicable laws.
Disruptive Studio may request additional information, restrict functionality, or suspend access where necessary to manage risk.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Client is solely responsible for any third-party services integrated with the Software.
Disruptive Studio does not control or assume responsibility for third-party providers, including payment processors, messaging platforms, or external systems.
ENFORCEMENT
Disruptive Studio may, at its sole discretion and without liability, take any action it deems necessary in response to violations of this Policy, including:
- Requesting information or clarification.
- Restricting access to specific features.
- Suspending access to the Software.
- Terminating access to the Software.
- Preserving information for internal or legal purposes.
COOPERATION
Client agrees to cooperate in good faith with any review or investigation related to its use of the Software.
Failure to cooperate may result in suspension or termination of access.
REPORTING
Disruptive Studio may, where appropriate, report unlawful or suspicious activities to relevant authorities or third parties.
UPDATES
Disruptive Studio may update this Policy at any time.
Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of any updates.
RELATIONSHIP WITH TERMS
This Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions governing use of the Software.
In the event of any conflict, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
