REFUND POLICY

1. GENERAL POLICY
All fees paid to Disruptive Studio are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable, except as expressly provided in this Refund Policy.
By purchasing, subscribing to, or using the Software or Services, Client acknowledges and agrees that it has reviewed, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy in full.
2. LIMITED REFUND WINDOW
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Disruptive Studio may, at its sole discretion, offer a limited refund for initial payments under the following conditions:
- Client may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days from the date of the initial payment.
Refund requests submitted after the expiration of the seven (7) day period shall not be eligible under any circumstances.
3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for a refund within the seven (7) day period:
- the request must be submitted in writing through Disruptive Studio’s official communication channels;
- the account must not have engaged in any prohibited activity, misuse, or breach of the Terms;
- the Software must not have been materially used in production, commercial deployment, or revenue-generating activities, as determined by Disruptive Studio;
- no custom development, configuration beyond standard onboarding, or additional services must have been initiated or delivered.
Disruptive Studio reserves the absolute right to determine eligibility for any refund request.
4. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:
- all subscription fees (monthly or recurring);
- any payments made after the initial seven (7) day period;
- any fees related to custom development, integrations, or special configurations;
- any third-party costs, including but not limited to hosting, messaging services, or external providers;
- any amounts associated with partial use, dissatisfaction, or change of business strategy;
- any fees paid following suspension, restriction, or termination due to Client’s actions.
5. PROCESSING OF REFUNDS
If a refund is approved:
- refunds shall be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise determined by Disruptive Studio;
- Disruptive Studio may deduct any applicable processing fees, transaction costs, or non-recoverable expenses;
- refund processing times may vary depending on payment providers and financial institutions;
- Disruptive Studio shall have no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
6. NO CHARGEBACKS
Client agrees not to initiate any chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal without first contacting Disruptive Studio and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
Any chargeback or payment reversal initiated in violation of this Policy shall constitute a material breach of the Terms and may result in:
- immediate suspension or termination of access to the Software;
- permanent restriction from future Services;
- additional fees, penalties, and recovery costs;
- legal action, where applicable.
7. FINAL AUTHORITY
All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Disruptive Studio.
Disruptive Studio reserves the right to approve, deny, or condition any refund request based on its internal policies, risk assessment, and operational considerations.
8. MODIFICATIONS
Disruptive Studio reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Continued use of the Software following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Refund Policy.
